I just met the girl of my dreams.

Megan Davenport is funny and smart, and she’s as much of an insomniac as I am. She’s also my team captain’s little sister, which I only found out after our passionate kiss.   Megan is completely off-limits—her brother makes that very clear—and I know better than to think I can keep a relationship going during hockey season anyway. But that doesn’t mean we can’t be late-night friends, right?

The only problem is, love makes you do crazy things, like breaking all the rules.

I fell in love with both characters from the beggining and I couldn't put this sexy and funny story.

Megan is just starting college early and trying to leave everything about highschool behind. Dane is trying to focus in hockey and life free of drama. The two meet one night at a party and hit it off, speacially when they discover both suffer from insomnia, which I know is horrible (I love my sleep as much as anyone) but if you have someone to keep you company and as entertained as Megan and Dane do for each other it can't be all that bad, right?

Megan is an easy to relate character, she's a math nerd who wants to be herself without caring what other people say. She's a strong young woman, she knows what she wants and what to do to get it. She's also really funny and caring. A gentle soul.
Dane is totally swoon worthy. As an older brother of four sisters and with parents who work two jobs each, he's over protective and feels like the weight of the world is on his shoulders. He needs to make it if he wants to help his family and he tries his best to keep hockey and his degree on track.
The biggest problem they have (besides lack of sleep)? Megan's older brother and Dane's team capitan: Beck. Who made it more than clear that his sister was totally off limit.

I loved watching these two get to know each other slowly. Reading how easy it was to be together only to remember the reasons for not crossing some lines. This book could be just a love story, but I felt like the way they came together, and how each was facing and struggling with personal things made them crash on more than one occasion without being full of drama. The late night adventures added something unique at the story, created a little buble for the characters and relationship to grow.
Cindi Madsen wrote an amazing book here, balancing the sexy, the fun, and the emotional aspects perfectly to keep the reader engaged and moving the story at a nice pace.

Crazy Pucking Love is a about facing your fears and letting go of the past. Living in the moment and maybe finding something perfect in a not so perfect world.
